Do you buy used firearms?
Yes. We regularly buy used firearms, knives, hunting and shooting memorabilia. We consider all items offered for purchase or trade.

Do you sell used firearms?
Yes. Check out our used inventory under the Used Guns drop down menu.
 

What type of firearms does your shop sell?
We specialize in hunting rifles and shotguns, competition shotguns, AR-15 customization, home defense weapons, and popular pistols. In short, a little of everything. We order from several distributors, so there’s a good chance we can get what you’re looking for, even if we don’t have it in store.

Do you do Browning and Winchester warranty work?
WE DO! Bring your gun & proof of purchase to our Service Shop and we'll go from there.

Do you have gift cards?
Yes. You can load a gift card with any amount from $5 to $1 million. $1 million is preferable.

Is there a waiting period for buying guns in Texas?
No. You
can get delayed up to three business days, but most background checks clear on the spot.

Do you perform firearm repairs?
Yes. Our experienced gunsmiths are qualified to handle everything from general repairs to full restorations. Browse a list of our repair services on the Gunsmithing drop down menu.

Do you test fire firearms taken in for repairs?
Yes, for all repairs, unless test firing is not required (such as sight installation or stock refinishing).

Do you have a layaway policy?
Yes. We require a 20% deposit and allow 60 days to complete payments. If you wish to place an auction item on Gunbroker into layaway, you must call our store to set up the purchase instead of bidding on the item.

Do you offer firearm transfers?
Yes. Read our FFL policy under the Contact Us drop down menu.

How can I be added to your mailing list?
Visit our Subscribe page under the Newsletter drop down menu and fill out your information! Every couple of weeks, we send out an e-mail blast with the latest news, service specials & products to hit the store. We never share email address or mailing addresses with third parties. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), cashier checks, money orders or personal checks. We do not accept Paypal.

What do I need to send for ammo or antique (pre-1899) purchases?
We need a copy (via fax or e-mail) of your valid driver's license. With the license, we can ship those items directly to you.

Do you have a gun range?
No.

Do you do taxidermy?
We recommend Shane Bondurant, a local taxidermist we've worked with for over 30 years. Her work is superb and you can see many pieces at the shop (our duct work in our accessories room, for example). Her contact information can be found by calling the shop.

Do you sell hunting licenses?
Yes! Hunting licenses for the new hunting season are usually on sale starting in mid-August.

Do you offer hunter's education or CHL classes?
No, we do not.

Is your store hiring?
No, at the current time we are not.
