This Belgium Guild Gun shotgun is in good, used condition.
Straight English style stock is in great shape, with handling marks and some lacquer wear. The checkering is worn and the swivels have been removed. It features the original bone buttplate. It retains its original integrity with no splits or cracks. Splinter forend is also in great shape, with handling marks and some lacquer wear. There was possibly a crack (see pics) but it's since been repaired and is solid as a rock.
Receiver features scroll engraving. The case colors on the it and forend iron are worn. Bluing on the barrel is in good shape, with handling marks. Barrels measures 27", are chambered for 2.75" shells, and have a concave matted rib. We measured the chokes at 17.4/18.2 and 17.7/18.2.
This is an extractor gun. It has double triggers, a long tang guard, and a Greener style crossbolt. There is some pitting in the bores. Serial number appears to indicate a 1924 date of manufacture.
Mechanically, this gun is in excellent functioning condition and shoots great. It does not come with the original box or paperwork.
